Two Categories of Eligibility
Solar Panel scheme is classified under 2 schemes i.
First Category (200 Units):
Your residence was consuming on an average of 200 units per month since last six months and henceforth eligible for the said scheme without any charges. This will also include solar panels, inverter and battery which are covered by the entire cost of Government.
CATEGORY 2 (200 UNITS AND ABOVE):
You will be eligible even if your electricity consumption exceeds 200 units per month, but you will have to repay a loan given by the government of Punjab.

Electricity Bills: Your bills of last six months, electricity bill should come around 200 units per month.
Clean Bill History: All your electricity bill should be paid and cleared.
Income Limit: Your monthly salary should not be greater than Rs. 50,000 per month ( added later)
